Sugpon, Ilocos Sur – February 19, 2025 – The Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CHRMPs) – Ilocos Sur Chapter successfully held its 2nd General Meeting and Assembly at the Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, Municipal Hall of Sugpon.
