Sugpon, Ilocos Sur — July 1, 2026

The Municipality of Sugpon successfully conducted the Exit Meeting for the presentation of the initial results of the Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (VRA) conducted by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB).

The activity brought together municipal officials and key stakeholders to discuss the assessment findings, identify hazard-prone areas, and strengthen disaster risk reduction and management initiatives. The presentation provided valuable insights that will support the LGU in enhancing disaster preparedness, risk-informed planning, and community resilience.
