Sugpon, Ilocos Sur — December 19, 2025

The Local Government Unit of Sugpon, in coordination with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), facilitated the distribution of financial assistance under the Integrated Disaster Shelter Assistance Program – Emergency Shelter Support (IDSAP-ESS) to eligible households whose homes were damaged by Typhoon “Emong” (CY 2025). The program aims to provide immediate financial support to help affected families recover and rebuild their homes.
