Licungan, Sugpon, Ilocos Sur — April 8, 2026

The Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Dissemination was successfully conducted on April 8, 2026, in Licungan, Sugpon, Ilocos Sur, bringing together municipal officials and employees from the Municipality of Sugpon, Ilocos Sur and the Municipality of Kibungan, Benguet.

The activity served as a platform to strengthen awareness, promote knowledge sharing, and foster collaboration between the two municipalities. Through the dissemination of relevant information and discussions on key programs and initiatives, participants enhanced their understanding of important policies and development efforts, reinforcing the commitment of both local government units to effective public service and partnership.
