Calipayan, Pangotan, Sugpon, Ilocos Sur — February 26, 2026

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sugpon, Ilocos Sur successfully brought essential government services closer to the residents of Calipayan, Barangay Pangotan. The activity featured the Tax Information, Education, and Collection Campaign led by the Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO) and the Municipal Assesor’s Office (MASSO), together with information, education, and communication (IEC) activities from various LGU offices. Residents also benefited from services provided by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), the Rural Health Unit (RHU), and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training conducted by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC). In addition, the 4th Special Forces Company, 2SFBn, SFR(A) conducted an information session on the West Philippine Sea, promoting public awareness and community engagement.
