Sugpon, Ilocos Sur — July 17, 2026

The Municipality of Sugpon successfully conducted the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) Prioritization Activity for the formulation of the CY 2027 Annual Investment Program (AIP) on July 17, 2026, at the Municipal Conference Hall.

The activity gathered municipal officials and employees, barangay representatives, NGAs, and CSOs to identify and prioritize development programs and projects for CY 2027. The workshop was facilitated by resource speakers from DEPDev Regional Office I and DHSUD Regional Office I, with discussions focusing on strategic planning and the review of the Problem-Solution Finding Matrices (PSFMs) to ensure that the Municipality’s priority initiatives are responsive, sustainable, and aligned with its development goals.
