Staff of the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 1 (DSWD FO 1) made their way to Nagawa, one of the farthest and most disadvantaged villages of Sugpon, Ilocos Sur, to conduct validation of the beneficiaries of the Livelihood Assistance Grants (LAG).
The LAG is a financial assistance given to qualified beneficiaries who were affected by the year-long community quarantines that were implemented to address the global pandemic brought by the COVID-19.
